What is your cancellation policy?

When you sign up for an appointment time, we set aside that time and the resources required to fulfill the booking and make sure the team arrives on time and with the proper supplies. We understand that life happens and sometimes you may be required to reschedule or cancel a visit, so we have created a cancellation policy that is flexible and easy to understand so that everyone is happy. If you provide 48 hours or more notice that your booking needs to be changed or cancelled, there will be no fee associated with the appointment. If for any reason you must cancel within the last 48 hours, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. This policy is separate from a lock-out fee or charge.
